The Summer Student Farm Worker Bursary Program is open to secondary and post-secondary students working in BC agriculture for the summer season.
For students to qualify for a bursary of up to $3,000 they must work for a BC-based employer for a minimum number of hours in the summer. This includes BC-based businesses working in:
- Primary agriculture
- Food, beverage, or seafood processing
- Fishing or aquaculture
Applications will be accepted starting January 2024 for the 2024 Summer Season! To learn more about this program, visit iafbc.ca/ssb.
